Studio A

Standard Audio Production: $70 per hour

Quantity Discount: $65 per hour when purchasing 8 hours or more. Can be divided into multiple sessions.

Audio and Video Production: $120 per hour. Includes standard audio production in addition to 4 camera video shoot, lighting and live streaming services. Audio/video content saved for optional future mixing and mastering.

Studio B

Standard Audio Production: $60 per hour

Quantity Discount: $55 per hour when purchasing 8 hours or more. Can be divided into multiple sessions.

ATMOS Production: $90 per hour. Includes mixing and mastering audio and video for 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos and all surround formats.

Podcast Production: $85 per hour for groups up to four without camera setup. Two-camera setup is $95 per hour.

Podcast Editing: $95 per hour

Automatic Dialog Replacement (ADR): $80 per hour

Studio C

Standard Audio Production: $55 per hour

Quantity Discount: $50 per hour when purchasing 8 hours or more. Can be divided into multiple sessions.

Supervised without engineer: $35 per hour. Requires prior approval and certification. Please contact us.

The Lounge

Live Audio / Video Production Rate: $120 per hour. Includes standard audio production with recording of up to 32 sources, full live PA system, 4 camera video shoot, lighting and live streaming services. All audio and video content saved for optional future mixing and mastering.

Private event / showcase rental: Includes full use of lounge, stage and PA system. Contact us for rates based upon specific event needs.

Additional Services

Mastering

Single Song: $50/song

Album Project: $45/song (8 or more songs)

Creation of DDP file: $30

Creation of CD-R Master (2 copies): $20

Attended mastering sessions are welcome if coordinated with engineer’s schedule.

Analog to Digital Conversion

Standard Cassette tape: $25 per cassette

Micro/Mini Cassette tape: $30 per cassette

Vinyl record: $35 per record

Reel to Reel tape: $35 per tape

Terms and Conditions

  • 4-hour minimum booking for Studio A, Studio B, Mastering Suite and Lounge

  • 50% Deposit required at time of booking to reserve the studio and engineer.

  • Remaining balance is due at the end of your session before release of session files.

  • Midtown Sound House cannot guarantee the safe storage of digital audio / video files in our studio. We make every effort to save and back-up all content but this storage is solely for client convenience.Please bring your own storage device for backing up your audio files after each session for safe keeping.

  • All files will be released upon full payment for completed sessions.

Cancellation Policy

  • <8 hour sessions: Deposit returned if cancelled 2 days before session time.

  • 8+ hour sessions: Deposit returned if cancelled 4 days before session date.
